Great necklace—super nice quality. My husband has worn the costume bill-manufactured ones you find at nerdy stores in the mall, but over the past couple years it’s lost all its color and gotten nasty. I asked the seller if this item was something that could withstand daily wear, and they were super communicative, assuring me this was a nicer quality purchase than the costume jewelry we had. It’s an awesome piece and I recommend it! Update: After having it for only a couple of months of daily wear, most of the paint has rubbed off and has left it in a tarnished state months quicker than the one that was bought from a cosplay store, which took that one a couple years before getting noticeably bad. Still a great handmade item, but definitely could not hold up being worn every day!

Looks awesome! It being metal is great, I struggle with visualizing measurements so I was expecting something larger and for the string to be longer. If you struggle there as well I highly recommend the black 22inch string, I will personally replace it with a 24inch one myself later. Only complaint, and incredibly minor: the spiral pattern isn't a true spiral, it's a set of rings that look like a spiral. It had me completely fooled until I decided to trace one of them, and I still can't tell that they're rings without doing so. Ordinarily this wouldn't matter at all, but spiral themes are very relevant in Gurren Laggann so the knowledge feels odd.
